Meet Lauren

With her soft heart, Lauren has always had a uniquely creative and insightful personality with a passion to face life’s challenges with high road of peaceful empowerment. As office manager, administrator, business owner, graphic artist, author, speaker, certified life coach and workshop facilitator, she believes that dancing through difficult challenges and understanding our ‘why’ will allow our lives to thrive. She is the mother of 2 wonderful daughters and 3 amazing grandchildren. In her younger years, Lauren helped to build a lake house, enjoyed water skiing, snow skiing, multiple trips to Hawaii and even swam with the whales in Dominican Republic.
